About this media
Metrospective is Metropolia UAS's online media for continuous publishing of articles, podcasts and videos. The media is bilingual: content is published in Finnish and English.
The authors are Metropolia's experts, teachers, researchers, partners and Master's students. The content consists of the authors' research and development work, project findings, and describes stakeholder work and current experiences from the field of higher education.
The content is published in two separate journals: Metrospective Pop for wider audiences and Metrospective Pro for professionals.
The Editorial Board will make the final decision on publication of any content.
Metrospective Pop
Metrospective Pop is for the general public. The content is aimed at, for example, people interested in our different areas of education and services, graduates from all over the world, entrepreneurs, clients of welfare and health services, representatives of housing companies, and citizen activists.

The content of Metrospective Pro provides new information and knowledge that professionals and experts in different fields can apply to their own work. The content is aimed at, for example, entrepreneurs, employers, partners, researchers and developers, and decision-makers in Finland and abroad.

Publishing principles
The content of Metrospective provides new information and knowledge that is not previously published elsewhere. It is based on the authors' expertise and produced in accordance with the Finnish Code of Conduct for Research Integrity. The content does not represent the official position of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
Articles, podcasts and videos are published under a Creative Commons licence, in accordance with principles of open science. The licence of each piece of content is indicated in its metadata.
