Perspectives on occupational safety and health and well-being in temporary agency work – a qualitative SWOT analysis
This study examines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to occupational safety and health and well-being in temporary agency work in Finland. While previous studies have highlighted weaknesses and threats in temporary work, these findings also identified clear strengths and opportunities.
