Katja Ihamäki, PhD, works as a senior lecturer in social science at the School of Wellbeing. In addition, she has been a project manager and expert in local and international RDI projects at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. She works with topics such as multi-professionalism, multiculturalism, education and personalization of social security. She is known for an inclusive approach: clients, social policy and social work meet in her teaching and projects.
